Antiqued Finishes
Antiquing is the process of converting something pristine into something with character. Our furniture and cabinetry is offered with a variety of antiquing options.

| Pristine Finish
A pristine finish has a new appearance. It has no antiquing character at all. |
Crackle Finish
With the combination of time and exposure to weather, paint will crack. This is our crackle finish. See samples here. |
| Distressed Finish
This is the heart of it all. Our standard finish on both painted and stained furniture is distressed. |
Primitive Finish
The Primitive finish is prized among those who favor heavily antiqued furniture for their home. It is highly distressed with the same wear and tear that you might see on well used cupboards from the 1800's. A very dry surface (no sheen at all), weathered boards, scratches, chips, and an occasional mouse hole make this a very antiqued finish. While not for everyone, it is the ultimate finish for those who adore primitives. See samples here. |
