Design and Build

The two go hand in hand. A solid design is seen in the build and a the build is the result of a solid design. The process begins with a consultation where you share your ideas with us. We will listen to your requirements in terms of spatial, form, and function. Along the way, we'll guide you with our experience. Experience in creating custom furniture and cabinetry sharing with you our own ideas, options, wood selection, paint and stain choices, hardware, and other enhancements. Additionally, we'll discuss other elements including delivery and installation.

Based on the consultation, we will provide you with a rough cost estimate and an estimate of length of time to complete your project. From an agreeable estimate, we will offer a fee-based budgetary fixed price with the fee credited to your order.

With an acceptable fixed price, we will create drawings of your project. Seeing your project begin to take shape in this form is an exciting step. It is at this point, that you will have an opportunity to visualize how your furniture or cabinetry will look. Upon final approval, your project will be included in our production schedule.

Just before we finish your project, we will contact you to inform you that your furniture and/or cabinetry will soon be complete. This allows you to prepare for the incoming shipment and to make any additional arrangements necessary to ensure a successful setup/installation.
